How We Review Products
Every review on this site follows the same checklist, so you can compare products on equal terms.
1. The label and the claims
We list what the manufacturer says is inside each serving and what it says the product does. If doses per ingredient are not disclosed, we say so.
2. The research on each ingredient
We look for published research on each ingredient for the mouth, teeth or gums, and rate the evidence in plain words: most studied, limited, or supporting role. We note when a product itself has never been tested in a published clinical trial, which is the case for most supplements in this category.
3. Price and guarantee
We record the packages and prices shown on the official order page on the date we checked, and the terms of the money-back guarantee. Prices change often, so we always tell you to confirm on the order page.
4. Public complaints
We read public reviews on independent sites and group the most common complaints, such as refund timing or problems with third-party sellers.
5. Who should skip it
Every review says who should not use the product, or should check with a doctor first.
What we do not do
- We do not publish testimonials or before-and-after photos.
- We do not invent personal results. Unless a review clearly says we tested the product ourselves, it is based on the steps above.
- We do not let commissions change a review.
